We are looking for an experienced Systems Project Manager to join our Marketing department and take responsibility for the full implementation and roll out of the company’s new CRM and Marketing Automation System.
  
In this role you will gain an understanding of business requirements and ensure these are achieved through the design and configuration of the system.  You will engage with all stakeholders, including an external implementation partner, to agree a project plan and manage a phased roll out of the system to all users in accordance with that project plan, whilst providing change management support to the department to fully leverage the new systems.   Becoming the CRM and Marketing automation ‘subject matter expert’ you will be the primary interface between stakeholders.  Additionally you will manage all end user testing and training events
.

The ideal candidate will have working knowledge, and implementation experience, of CRM and Marketing Automation systems.  You will be a strong communicator with proven experience of delivering change within a fast paced and demanding environment.  

This role will initially be a 12 month fixed term contract.

Red Bull Technology is looking to recruit a talented Engineering Software Developer to develop and support its range of bespoke in-house analysis tools. Working from our Milton Keynes factory you will be part of a small team and provide key software tools to the aerodynamics department. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in rapid focussed development of transformative tools for highly demanding internal customers, focussed on improving speed, correlation, quality and robustness.

We require an engineer who is educated to degree level in Applied Mathematics or Computer Science with extensive experience in the development of telemetry and data analysis software and excellent software development skills. They will also be experienced in agile software development, developing software for Linux and Windows and familiar with scripting languages - particularly BASH and python.

The team works on a diverse range of projects, so experience with some of the following would be beneficial:

  • kdb+ and q with Kx Control, Streams and Dashboards
  • C#, .NET and integrating with other technologies such as SQL, C++, Kafka and JavaScript
  • MS SQL Server, relational database design and replication
  • Development of Machine Learning systems using technologies such as TensorFlow
  • Interfacing software to, and development in Matlab and Simulink
  • Race telemetry systems

You should be self-motivated and proactive, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work to very tight deadlines within a dynamic team environment, often with minimal supervision.

To fulfil this position you will need:

  • Recent, relevant and extensive experience of Motorsport / F1 Composite Design.
  • A good engineering qualification or equivalent and relevant proven experience.
  • A good understanding of current composite material technology, the associated tooling requirements, production techniques, laminate design and processes.
  • Experienced user of 3D CAD (Siemens NX desirable but training will be given)

As a Composite Design Engineer you will:

  • Have an organised and methodical approach to your work.
  • Cover all aspects of Composite Design from clean sheet scheming/idea generation, tooling, detailed component design, assemblies, associated jigs, pit gear and supporting documentation.
  • Be involved in material selection, laminate design, structural sign off and fault fixing.
  • Show creativity, to suggest new ideas and concepts, and be involved in our wide ranging and ambitious composite R&D activity.

We are seeking a highly motivated, flexible and innovative engineer capable of working to the highest standards to join our Vehicle Performance Group as a Tyre Simulation Engineer.

The Vehicle Performance Group’s function is to provide direction and solutions to maximise the performance of future car concepts, in season development steps and optimise the performance of the car during race events.

The primary purpose of the role is to improve car performance with a particular focus on the tyre behaviour and utilisation.

Responsibilities are:

  • To correlate our physical models to track data.
  • To implement tools to analyse car and simulation data
  • To support development and correlation of tyre models in the vehicle simulator
  • To perform pre-event simulations aimed at tyre performance on track

The successful candidate will have a strong academic background with a master’s degree or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering or Physics and a very good working knowledge of Matlab / Simulink. Knowledge of vehicle dynamics principles and tyre dynamics would be an advantage. You will interact with various groups within the organisation and will therefore need good communication and teamwork skills. 

While not essential, previous experience in Motorsport will be beneficial.  The role is primarily factory based. With the requirement of providing data analysis and support during race events, flexible approach to working hours is essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creative content planning and delivery for media and fan engagement activations including car launches, team milestones, live demos, partner announcements.

Working closely alongside the Head of Infrastructure providing key support in creating and maintaining our Red Bull Technology Campus, the successful candidate will also be responsible for delivering their own small projects within the Infrastructure team as well as a wider site remit as your experience grows within the role.  Assisting the delivery of the approved campus plan, liaising with Consultants/Contractors/Stakeholders, maintaining administrative documents and plans relating to the project is the primary objective in the near term.  In addition, you will work with the local council to maintain and improve our sustainable travel plan for our employees, manage our business continuity plans, coordinating annual reviews ensuring ongoing improvement.  Success will be measured on the delivery of solutions which meet the high standards required by our internal customers.  This role and responsibilities are expected to expand and develop within the first twelve months.

You should have excellent C++ software development skills with experience of Linux and Windows. The ideal candidate will have experience developing GUI driven data visualisation tools using Qt and OpenGL. You will have done data analysis and modelling to extract insights from large data sets and will have experience of interfacing to databases and web services.

 

You should be self-motivated and proactive, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work to very tight deadlines within a dynamic team environment, often with minimal supervision.
