We are currently seeking an Analyst/Programmer to join the ERP Systems Team within our IT department.

The primary responsibilities will include:

  • Working with key users and stakeholders to identify future requirements
  • Evaluating alternative design concepts and determining an optimal approach
  • Developing and testing solutions.  This may involve both the configuration of commercial products and the development of bespoke software
  • Good communication including leading training workshops and user groups
  • Assisting users with application specific support calls
  • Ensuring the system security requirements are not compromised

Applicants should be fully conversant with relevant programming languages including C#, VB.NET and Transact-SQL.  Knowledge of SQL Server Reporting Services would be advantageous.

Experience of ERP systems and engineering architecture, BOM, PLM, etc would be of benefit, however the willingness to learn, to commit to an exciting environment, and contribute as a team member are equally important.  An interest in engineering, and motor racing in particular, would also serve to support the application.

We are looking for an Inspector to join our NDT Group.

This role involves the detailed inspection of complex and critical race car components and assemblies to the highest standards using various inspection methods, recording and reporting results in accordance with our procedures.

The applicant will have extensive proven NDT experience and ideally possess level 2 qualifications in Ultrasonics, Magnetic Particle, Penetrants and Eddy Current. You will also be able to demonstrate skills in the use of inspection measuring equipment.

Applicants interested in applying will ideally be apprentice trained, hold an ONC/HNC qualification or equivalent and have experience and knowledge within a Manufacturing/Inspection environment. You will be a self-motivator with a proactive approach and a flexible attitude to shift patterns. In addition, you will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work to very tight deadlines, often with minimum supervision and have the ability to deal with challenging situations and delivery pressures.

This role is based at Red Bull Racing and Red Bull Technology’s headquarters in Milton Keynes, and you may be required to travel to race and test events.

We have an opportunity for a highly capable and motivated Garage Technician to join our team.

This is a highly specialised role where you will be responsible for the electrical installation for all the power needs for our race garage at races and tests. Ideally you will have the latest City & Guilds electrical qualification (17th edition).  You will also be working within a highly motivated team responsible for the build, maintenance, reliability and safe transportation of Red Bull Racing’s pit and garage equipment. This challenging role will involve working to support global remote events whilst setting the highest industry standards in all areas.

 

The successful candidate must have previous Motorsport experience in F1, GP2, FR3.5 or WEC along with excellent attention to detail. Candidates will be enthusiastic with a flexible attitude to working hours and be able to work under the minimum of supervision to meet deadlines in high pressure situations without compromising on quality. A current and clean HGV 1 license would be an advantage as occasional driving may be required.

Working within our External Mechanical Inspection area, this role will be responsible for completing detailed inspection of complex machined components, subcontract processes and the associated quality documentation.

Experience in CMM programming, preferably using PC-DMIS software, and Romer/Faro Arm running Polyworks (or similar) would be advantageous.   We would also like candidates to have experience and be able to demonstrate competency with first principal measurement and gauging techniques.

Applications must be hard working, committed and able to demonstrate that they have ability to deal with challenging situations, time constraints and delivery pressures. They must also be computer literate, familiar in working with Manufacturing business systems and used to recording errors using NCR’s.  A flexible approach to work patterns is a must.

The Parts Management Coordinator will be responsible for managing all parts within our Epicor business system (EPM), reviewing the BoM structure for given assemblies, setting/maintaining new part demands and minimum stock values for necessary BoM level, ensuing all events are supported with the correct stock levels and in line with the event build specification. 

This role will ensure that delivery expectations are agreed/managed and communicated to and from events, working closely with manufacturing group leaders/procurement to prioritise critical parts through supply chain to meet shipment deadlines.  

The suitable candidate should have:

  • In-depth knowledge of EPICOR software in relation to manufacturing requirements
  • Strong communication skills across all levels

We have an exciting opportunity to be part of our highly skilled Aerodynamics team, focusing on the development of our multi-championship winning Formula One cars. Our open, dynamic environment ensures that everyone can make a valuable contribution to increasing our F1 car’s performance and we are looking for experienced Aerodynamics Engineers to join us and ensure our future success on the race track.

Working from our Milton Keynes factory and Bedford wind tunnel facility you will be involved in the complete development cycle from initial concepts through to deployment on the race car. This will include the design of components, being responsible for wind tunnel and CFD programmes, analysing aerodynamic performance data and contributing to the development of tools and methods.

To fulfil these positions you will need:

  • A minimum of an Engineering Degree with a specialisation in Aerodynamics
  • Detailed knowledge of aerodynamic principles, wind tunnel testing and CFD techniques
  • A good understanding of data analysis tools and techniques and other multi-disciplinary engineering skills including CAD and vehicle dynamics
