Quality Engineer [R0000976]

We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Engineer to join our team
This role will be responsible for providing Quality Engineering support across our Supply Chain Group. Ensuring our Supply Chain Group have appropriate and practical capabilities to deliver their Quality objectives. With the ultimate goal of improving efficiencies by creating assured processes that will produce the right quality parts. It is a role which will be deeply embedded in our Continuous Improvement culture.
The Quality Engineer will also be required to assist with the implementation of Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) to ensure that our suppliers reliably supply goods or services that meet the Teams needs.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate relevant Quality Assurance experience, ideally within a similarly fast paced time critical environment. This will be a challenging and rewarding role with a high expectation of success.
The right candidate will be able to drive change at all levels by building relationships, understanding shared objectives, effective teamworking and communication skills, a systematic approach, and problem solving abilities. The successful candidate will most importantly have a passion for achieving Quality products and the ability to motivate others within the business and the wider Supply Chain to deliver to a constantly exceptional level.
4 x 4 Programmer [R0000982]

Red Bull are looking to recruit NX CAM Programmers, as part of a long term expansion and investment plan to secure the continued success of the team for years to come.
Offering industry leading facilities, this is the perfect opportunity for someone with aspirations to progress their skills and knowledge of off-line programming or someone with an existing knowledge of other CAM Software’s who is looking to work at the peak of high precision engineering.
Working closely with the Design Office and Machine Shop, suitable applicants must have excellent communication skills combined with previous experience of 5 Axis CNC Machining, from either a metallic, composite or pattern material background, working to tight tolerances and narrow timescales. This is a technically challenging role and you must be committed to achieving aggressive production targets, with a flexible approach to working hours to meet deadlines as and when production demands require.
Previous F1 / Motorsport experience is not essential
Technical Services Coordinator [R0000811]

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Facilities Team who support the day to day running of our site where we design, develop, test and manufacture our multi-championship winning Formula One cars. Red Bull Racing has grown beyond recognition since our humble beginnings at the end of 2004 but our factory remains the beating heart of the team.
Through frequent expansion, the site houses over 500,000 sq. ft. of high end, bespoke commercial office, manufacturing and assembly facilities. The Technical Services Coordinator will work with our Facilities team, who are responsible for all building maintenance and projects across estate. We are looking for someone who is keen to learn about buildings and systems in a cutting edge, fast moving environment, putting knowledge into practise. The site houses almost every type of building services system and is therefore a great place to get going in the working world. We have clean rooms, machine shops, complex specialist systems such as extraction and compressed air. In addition, the latest manufacturing equipment, all of which fall under the remit of the Facilities team.
In terms of career progression, we would see the route for the successful candidate to be within Red Bull Racing moving into a Technical Services Manager role, using the skills gained here to specialise in either Project Management or Facilities Management – wherever the passion lies!
The successful candidate should have a Building Services Degree (or equivalent), enjoy problem solving and be keen to learn hands on. Practical knowledge of Building Services systems is desirable, not essential. You must have a flexible approach and be able to work well under pressure in a busy environment. Additionally you must have strong communication and organisational skills.
