Sitting in our Marketing team, this role will be responsible for building and maintaining successful commercial relationships, principally with Honda, but also with other Partners of Aston Martin Red Bull Racing. Your role will be to facilitate effective integrated marketing and sponsorship programmes and be the first point of contact with Partners on a day-to-day basis. You will lead collaboration and guidance through the Partners’ activation process in the interest of the brand and the team, as well as working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional activations and build stronger relationships. This role will also provide support on occasion in enabling effective communications with key Team members using fluent Japanese language skills.

Principal Accountabilities:  

  • Set up reporting and communication systems to ensure regular correspondence with Partners (weekly conference calls, regular face to face meetings, weekly status reports, contact reports etc)
  • Support the Hospitality Team in coordinating and delivering extensive hospitality programmes for partners guests at Races, Tests and the Factory, including delivering detailed tours to a technical audience
  • Manage Partners’ above and below the line advertising campaigns and provide partners with access to the necessary Aston Martin Red Bull Racing portals to access content and imagery
  • Increase additional commercial revenue through Partners events, projects and hospitality programmes
  • Implement consistent brand image across all Partner marketing and promotional activities ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to
  • Monitor campaign performance, prepare campaign reviews, media evaluation reports and sports marketing research and recommendations for future marketing and promotional activity

Requirements:

  • Fluent Japanese and English speaker
  • University degree in Marketing or Engineering, plus proven track record in Partnership Management
  • Basic technical understanding of F1 power units
  • Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well, finding creative solutions with a flexible attitude
  • Able to travel to several races and tests, and work from the office the rest of the time
  • High level of precision and focus on details
  • Excellent organisational skills and troubleshooting capabilities

Red Bull Advanced Technologies have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Structures Analyst to join our team, in the position of group leader.

The role is part hands-on and part leadership and provides technical supervision and guidance to a group of 3-5 structural analysts.  This includes defining suitable methodologies for new projects, monitoring development against performance and programme targets, and finally checking and signing off analysis reports.

The group leader will be required to liaise with external engineering consultants, to assist in the scoping of new projects, and to have some interaction with our customers. Concise communication skills are essential in the role.

You’ll also be expected to undertake your own analysis projects: committed to designing lowest-mass solutions, leading by example, and setting high standards of quality. This includes the use of hand calculations and FEA for detailed analysis of composites and metallic structures. The successful applicant will be an expert in this respect, with proven experience of optimisation of high-performance structures in automotive/motorsport.

You’ll have the ability to mentor junior team members, work individually and as a team, and to encourage an open atmosphere of continual improvement.

A degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject is essential, in conjunction with several years relevant experience in a fast-paced technologically-advanced working environment.

Our open, dynamic environment ensures that everyone can make a valuable contribution to increasing our F1 car’s performance and we are looking for experienced Aerodynamics Engineers to join us and ensure our future success on the race track.

Working from our Milton Keynes factory you will be involved in the complete development cycle from initial concepts through to deployment on the race car. This will include the design of components, being responsible for wind tunnel and CFD programmes, analysing aerodynamic performance data and contributing to the development of tools and methods.  As a senior member within a development group you will also be required to act as a mentor to others within the group, guiding development on various projects while also managing your own work load.

To fulfil this positions you will need:

  • A minimum of an Engineering Degree with a specialisation in Aerodynamics
  • A minimum of 4 years experience in a relevant field, preferably Formula 1
  • Detailed knowledge of aerodynamic principles, wind tunnel testing and CFD techniques
  • A good understanding of data analysis tools and techniques and other multi-disciplinary engineering skills including CAD and vehicle dynamics

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Facilities Team who support the day to day running of our site where we design, develop, test and manufacture our multi-championship winning Formula One cars. Red Bull Racing has grown beyond recognition since our humble beginnings at the end of 2004 but our factory remains the beating heart of the team.

Through frequent expansion, the site houses over 500,000 sq. ft. of high end, bespoke commercial office, manufacturing and assembly facilities. The Technical Services Coordinator will work with our Facilities team, who are responsible for all building maintenance and projects across estate. We are looking for someone who is keen to learn about buildings and systems in a cutting edge, fast moving environment, putting knowledge into practise. The site houses almost every type of building services system and is therefore a great place to get going in the working world. We have clean rooms, machine shops, complex specialist systems such as extraction and compressed air. In addition, the latest manufacturing equipment, all of which fall under the remit of the Facilities team.

In terms of career progression, we would see the route for the successful candidate to be within Red Bull Racing moving into a Technical Services Manager role, using the skills gained here to specialise in either Project Management or Facilities Management – wherever the passion lies!

The successful candidate should have a Building Services Degree (or equivalent), enjoy problem solving and be keen to learn hands on. Practical knowledge of Building Services systems is desirable, not essential. You must have a flexible approach and be able to work well under pressure in a busy environment. Additionally you must have strong communication and organisational skills.

This will include the development of hyper car aerodynamics primarily through CFD development programmes, analysing aerodynamic performance data and contributing to the development of our tools and methods.

The ideal candidate will have an aerodynamics background with ideally 1-2 years’ experience within the F1 industry. You will be working within the Red Bull Advanced Technologies Aerodynamics Group on the latest concepts for the AM-RB Valkyrie derivative vehicles, generating geometry and conducting detailed analysis of aerodynamic datasets.

To fulfil this position you will need:

  • A minimum of an Engineering Degree with a specialisation in Aerodynamics
  • 1-2 years’ experience within F1 is desirable but not essential
  • Detailed knowledge of aerodynamic principles and CFD techniques
  • A good understanding of data analysis tools and techniques and other multi-disciplinary engineering skills including CAD and vehicle dynamics
  • An organised and methodical approach to work
