Technical Services Coordinator [R0000811]

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Facilities Team who support the day to day running of our site where we design, develop, test and manufacture our multi-championship winning Formula One cars. Red Bull Racing has grown beyond recognition since our humble beginnings at the end of 2004 but our factory remains the beating heart of the team.
Through frequent expansion, the site houses over 500,000 sq. ft. of high end, bespoke commercial office, manufacturing and assembly facilities. The Technical Services Coordinator will work with our Facilities team, who are responsible for all building maintenance and projects across estate. We are looking for someone who is keen to learn about buildings and systems in a cutting edge, fast moving environment, putting knowledge into practise. The site houses almost every type of building services system and is therefore a great place to get going in the working world. We have clean rooms, machine shops, complex specialist systems such as extraction and compressed air. In addition, the latest manufacturing equipment, all of which fall under the remit of the Facilities team.
In terms of career progression, we would see the route for the successful candidate to be within Red Bull Racing moving into a Technical Services Manager role, using the skills gained here to specialise in either Project Management or Facilities Management – wherever the passion lies!
The successful candidate should have a Building Services Degree (or equivalent), enjoy problem solving and be keen to learn hands on. Practical knowledge of Building Services systems is desirable, not essential. You must have a flexible approach and be able to work well under pressure in a busy environment. Additionally you must have strong communication and organisational skills.
Senior Trackside IT Infrastructure Engineer [R0001011]

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Trackside IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our Track IT Team. Your primary responsibilities will be to provide support at the Track & Operations room.
A successful candidate to have experience across a wide variety technologies & venders, VMWare, HPE, Cisco, Simplivity, NetApp.
We are looking for someone who will match the company ethos of always trying to improve, must have a can-do attitude & have the ability to work well in a team or as an individual.
The position is based at Red Bull Technology’s headquarters in Milton Keynes, however, there will be extensive travel required in this role.
Due to the nature of this role, the successful candidate should be accustomed to working in a high pressured and fast paced environment.

Aerodynamics Technology Development Engineer [R0001003]

This is an outstanding opportunity to be part of our highly skilled team working at the pinnacle of Formula One. Red Bull Technology is looking to recruit a talented Engineering Software Developer to develop and support its range of bespoke in-house analysis tools. Working from our Milton Keynes factory you will be part of a small team and provide key software tools to the aerodynamics department. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in rapid focussed development of transformative tools for highly demanding internal customers, focussed on improving speed, correlation, quality and robustness.
We require an engineer who is educated to degree level in Applied Mathematics or Computer Science with extensive experience in the development of telemetry and data analysis software and excellent software development skills. They will also be experienced in agile software development, developing software for Linux and Windows and familiar with scripting languages - particularly BASH and python.
The team works on a diverse range of projects, so experience with some of the following would be beneficial:
- kdb+ and q with Kx Control, Streams and Dashboards
- MS SQL Server, relational database design and replication
- Development of Machine Learning systems using technologies such as TensorFlow
- Interfacing software to, and development in Matlab and Simulink
- Race telemetry systems
You should be self-motivated and proactive, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work to very tight deadlines within a dynamic team environment, often with minimal supervision.
